How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number on our website’s Order Tracking page to check the status of your delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept multiple payment options, including credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay), UPI, net banking, and digital wallets such as Paytm, Google Pay, and PhonePe. COD (Cash on Delivery) may also be available for certain locations.

What is your return and refund policy?

We offer a hassle-free 7-day return policy for most products. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you can request a return or exchange through the My Orders section or Directly Cancel your Order by Whatsapp. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned product is verified.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship within India only. However, we are working on expanding our services to international customers. Stay tuned for updates!
